My first post here. Last night I did some homework and watched a bunch of youtube videos on how to make kimchi (thanks to being inspired by BTIOFL), I think Ive got the hang of it -kinda nervous tho

It has always intimidated me! It seems to be such a process. I’m okay with my simple, easy-to-make tteokbokki for now, haha.
