Anyone watching Live? If not then watch it, I loved the 1st two episodes, every single character seems interesting and everyone seems to have their own story to tell which I’m really looking forward to! I already know there is going to be a lot of heart in this and that it’s going to be different from all the other police-procedural dramas out there!

      I didn’t watch WPL but I think so too, this is going to be character-driven that’s for sure and I’m already intrigued to find out more about every single one of them!

    I wanted to check it out just because of the giraffe since the story didn’t really catch my attention, but I’ve been reading such nice comments about it, now I’m really curious! However, it’s not on my usual drama page, and it still hasn’t been added to netflix LA *sigh* I’ll have to wait!

      Do check it when it gets added though, I checked this for Kwang-soo really (because I love him and think he is so underrated as an actor, he deserves more recognition and appreciation), but everyone else seems to be doing a great job, too! I love the focus on their individual struggles and stories rather than the crime-solving stuff, and I also trust the writer to make this show heart-wrenching and heartwarming at the same time and know everyone is going to deliver exactly that!

    I read so many good reviews about this one. But since I still have quite a lot of show on my plate atm, I’ll probably half-marathon it after 8 or so eps got subbed.

      Yeah, I think the show gets subbed a little late so it’s harder for beanies to watch it but it’s definitely worth the wait! I don’t exactly wait for subs but I’ve been so busy that I only got to watch ep 3 today!

    I’m watching 🙋 I’m totally loving Live + Kwang Soo (he nailed that crying scene in the police station) so far! So glad someone else is watching it too:)

      Yes, that is her and this is my 1st show of her but I already love her. Check it out when you’re finally in the mood and want to find your way back to kdrama land! LOL!

    I watching it. The first 2 episodes really good. JYM & LKS doing a good job in this drama and all of stellar supporting actor/tres. I can feel the paradoxa in this drama, and I’m crying when I hear the SNSD’s song Into The New World. Cause in my past, I ever be one of the student that prorest in university 😂

        Might be stopping after the next two episodes but promised one of the Live fans that we will give it another week!

        This show is really high quality, but it drifted a lot from what I thought it might be about. I thought they would dig deep into police corruption since that was a big part of the first two episodes. Not neccessarily to bring the corruption to justice, but just to show that it exists and the police have to live around it. But now it looks more like a procedural police show perhaps? I love to read all the discussion though so I’ll head over there! Thank you for letting me know 🙂

    I’m watching it… even subscribed to Netflix for it (it’s only a free trial 😭😭😭) and I absolutely, absolutely loved it. I checked it out for Kwangsoo because why not and so far, I’m not disappointed. I was sold minutes into the show, especially when Jung Yumi’s character said ‘I can’t eat with you because I’m petty. Not that women are petty, I’m the petty one.’
    So many characters to explore and is it just me that feels like Bae Sung Woo’s character is bound to do something corrupt (even though the chances don’t seem likely) mostly because he usually plays fishy characters?

      YESSS! I never watched Jung Yu-mi in anything before but I absolutely love her here, her no-nonsense, no-BS character is just great! Like you said, so far everyone’s been doing a great job and I’m really happy with the show right now!

      LOL! Yeah, he does but I don’t think it will be the same here, did you watch episode 3? when he wrote “누나 -Noona” on that window my heart totally broke for him, I do (I think) understand why his wife would want divorce though, his kids seem to know it too, just waiting for him to realize what he did so wrong!

        I haven’t watched episode 3 yet. The subs will be out tomorrow. So far, he really seem bad, I think he’s just too neglectful and I feel bad for his wife.
