Has anyone watched A Stray Goat? It’s been a while but can someone PLEASE explain the ending?! It made me crazy.

Can’t I get through 1 romance drama without them breaking up in the last few eps?? See, this is why I prefer other genres. :/

I’m guessing you’re watching Reach of Sincerity?

    K-Dramas
[1] Weightlifting Fairy Kim-bok Joo. (It has been a while, but I don’t think they broke up).
[2] What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim

    C-Dramas
[1] Love O2O/Just One Smile Is Very Alluring

That’s all I got. I’m sure there’s more but it really is a rare thing.

I think Healer counts. They were separated but he was wanted for a murder he didn’t commit but they never broke up and there was no noble idiocy. That’s not really solely romance tho…

Am fine with breaking up if for legit reasons. Not some noble idiocy stuff. That’s the worse. Am not even watching the recent episode because am not ready!!

Beanies! I have an opportunity to be in the international student exchange program. Is South Korea worth coming to for a semester of studying? Cuz I’m considering it… Would it be too stressful?

What are other options? It also depends on what you’re studying.

I have a lot, but I’m mainly thinking about Asia for lower living cost. Studying health science.

I’m going there too in summer! When is your exchange program?

Group of Middle Eastern girls posed for a photo doing finger hearts.
One of them: Money? Oh, hearts? Wait, how are these hearts?
Another: It’s a Malaysian thing I think.
Me, to them: Nah, it’s a Korean thing. The Malaysians just pick it up.

I FINALLY got around to watch Ep 16 of Th Crowned Clown. I’m unsure if it’s because DB warped my mindset, but I don’t know what to feel about the finale. Nothing seems… right. I’m not usually one to critically judge a drama, so thanks for that, Beanies.
One thing I liked, tho, they dedicated the end credits to photos of the crew (with the cast as “background noise”).

Whether you enjoyed The Crowned Clown or hate it to the bone, this epic soundtrack should send chills down your spine and take you back to the painful corners of the drama you’d rather forget.

Ya’ll, this sounds so cool! After seeing human cloning briefly in Circle, I’d love to see how the Koreans pull it off on the big screen! And what better way than with Gong Yoo Ahjussi and Bo Gummie? Aww yeah…

Is there anywhere where this interview is translated into English? I’m so curious… Especially how they overlap and edited the footage.

I haven’t changed my cover photo in over a year until now. What better squad to feature than the Ssangmundong gang? Oh no, I’m getting teary eyed.

Ah, I’ve finally finished Reunited Worlds. As @LollyPip said in the recap:
“As many flaws and inconsistencies as Reunited Worlds has, and they are many, the one thing it’s done right is how it’s portrayed relationships and explored what it means to love others.”
I wholeheartedly agree.
The MC, Sung Hae Sung (yoksi, another stellar performance from Yeo Jin Goo) had left such a huge impact on all of these people’s lives. His passing brought suffering, his return brought joy, and him leaving once more brought beautiful memories.
The plot was sloppy, but the characters and relationships were done so right, I’ve run out of tears to shed.
My fav relationship: Hae Sung and Min Joon. The bromance I didn’t expect but loved like crazy.
Well, that’s all from me about that.

I laughed. And then I sobbed.

Me trying to understand Hae Sung’s family in Reunited Worlds.

Now that classes have started, I have restricted myself from watching Kdramas on weekdays. That, however, does not stop me from scrolling through Dramabeans. Boo hoo. This is gonna be difficult…

Same actor, same situation, same outcome, different dramas.
Yikes.

This bromance. I’m melting in a puddle of sweetness. It’s rainbows and sunshine. Friendship at its finest. Never die, please… (I feel like that’s an empty hope but don’t burst my bubble)

I watched the first 4 half hour episodes of Reunited World.
It\’s feeling an awful lot like an origin story of a superhero…
Never thought I\’d get to see a Yeo Jin Goo-Kwak Dong Yeon interaction
This is the second time I\’ve seen YJG getting hit by a car in slow motion.
I don\’t know what to feel yet. I\’ll give it a couple more episodes.

I wish it had been the origin story of a superhero and I also wish I could tell you that it was a great drama… It’s not terrible, more middle of the road.

If they didn’t extend it to 40 (after it started airing) it would have been better. Given the circumstances, the writing turned out ok. The directing was horrible at times, because I’ve seen lead actress doing better intimate scenes in the past. I could never understand why the director turned her into a block of wood when she could be totally fine with Jingoo behind the scenes.

I needed my daily dose of Jin Goo regardless while waiting for TCC. I don’t really mind the romance, I’m just waiting for someone to, like, die or something.

Not that I mind the romance, it just could have been so much better. I guess it did spare me some tears when they had to part again. Had they made them too lovey dovey I would have died crying. I love the sibling stories and it was the best use of the added episodes.

The Crowned Clown
Please tell me I\’m not the only one who ships Secretary Lee and Woon Shim like crazy.
