The logistics must be impossible. First of all, you need to know where exactly the other person is. This can be done with GPS tracking. But, then you need to start at precisely the right moment. And what if that other person has to stop for a traffic light? Or suddenly turns?

The logistics must be tricky, but then dramaworld people seem quite slow when crossing the road so that helps.
