    I loved her posts about the show, also check the what we’re watching posts, still thinking this show is too underrated and ppl were too harsh comparing it to its hyung Forest of Secrets, but well that’s life ^^’

      I mean….it was never going to be Forest of Secrets. It was always going to be Forest of Secrets-Hospital Edition. ;).

      @kudoran @larelle79

      before watching the show, I somehow knew that it would not be as enthralling and tightly-written as Forest of Secrets. It took weeeeeeks before I finally gave in and clicked on Cho Seung-woo’s smirky poster on Netflix, to watch the 1st episode. lol. But the minute he appeared on my screen and spoke: I was doomed to love it. Cho Seung-woo is such a great actor! He brought such nuance to a character that would otherwise have been straight up cold-and-mean in another less-experienced actor’s hands!!
      and there was a great supporting cast too!
      The hints of romance with Dr. Lee No-Eul made me so giddy!
      Dr. Oh Se-Hwa was the badass I hadn’t even known I needed in my life!
      Secretary Kang was the perfectly efficient and competent comic relief with a heart of gold!
      Dr. Joo Kyung-Moon was so good at being an affable pacifist!
      and wheelchair-bound Ye Sun-Woo… Lee Kyu-Hyung is top-notch at what he does.

      overall… I am just glad @gadis page is there to take me back to the show’s best moments.
      (I’ll stop gushing right now)

        I did say this at the end of the series, Lee Dong-wook was the weakest link and he was one of the leads. With that cast his shortcomings were a bit apparent as I really liked him in Goblin.

          you’re absolutely right, @larelle79 . the contrast was so clear, it surprised me! I mean, I looooved the Grim Reaper and the Goblin’s reluctant bromance, and found myself at odds when I couldn’t like Lee Dong-Wook very much in LIFE.

          I have seen some shows of his, he is a limited actor. He is good at what he does. But I can see him stick out if you have too many good actors around him.

        I was President Gu’s fan <3 maybe since early ep when people were still seeing him as the bad guy but the fact with Life is there are all grey characters, neither 100% good guy nor 100% bad guy (well except that ceo guy *sigh*)
        Secretary Kang was Jjang ^^
        I was so happy with President Gu &No Eul last scene, my little ship has sailed <3

        also check the behind the scenes on youtube if you can , they were gold ^^

          I was a fan of Gu from the beginning as well. The doctor’s painted him as the villain because…. he was smarter then they thought, not a pushover and he came in and did his job well.
