This scene sequence was so dramatic and well done. Starting from his visit to King Taejo and what his father said to him. Then coming back and hearing Hwi tell him what he needed to hear.
My favorite scene from eps 12. I thought Taejo was just stubborn for not acknowledging Bang-won as the son who saved him and his minions but he was just cruel.
Bang-won is now done being used and for the first time he’ll fight for his own cause.
I’m looking forward to the last 4 eps.

MY COUNTRY eps 12: Bang-won cut ties with his father.
I’m guessing the rest of this show is going to be Bang-won vs King Taejo and Bang-gan.
