I think dramas just like to use nosebleeds as metaphors for stress/emotions. And they can also be excuses for skinship. I know it isn’t a super common issue for some people to get nosebleeds, but from experience, if you are prone to get a nosebleed in the first place, you are likely to get more. When I was a kid, I got 2-3 nosebleeds every day for 3 years because of bad allergies. Luckily I eventually matured out of the allergies, but I still get nosebleeds every now and then just because I am susceptible to them.
I never got nosebleeds, even when pulling all nighters in Uni. On that same note, though, if I were pregnant every time I was queasy or physically sick (ah, that quaint drama trope), I’d have like 500 kids instead of the 4 who currently annoy me.

Is nosebleed a common issue in anybody’s life except in dramas where everyone has them?!

I used to get them a ton as a kid and my brother gets them a lot. But not for the same reasons as dramas LOL.

Same. I used to get it really often as a kid. But somehow I outgrew it? Not really sure why. 😂

Now, I feel unstressed because I never had them. Lol. But it is interesting how many times it is shown.
