What I noticed about cdramas though is that the people around blatantly stare at the actors when shooting. It’s not distracting for me, I just find it new after watching so many k and j dramas.
For Kdramas, it’s most likely possible to block off/section off the filming site (especially how much more crazier the fans and antis are in in S.Korea), but in China/HongKong, because of the super dense and crowded streets and population, it’s harder to section/block things off…..It’s also a cultural thing

The drama feels like a drama because of the passersby so I wasn’t used to it. Thanks for the info!
