I’m having trouble with Rabbit again. It logged me out for some reason and now says they want me to verify my email but I’m not getting an email from them. Any ideas?

    Nope. I had this EXACT problem Sunday. I ended up creating a new account.

      Oh dear. I sure hope it doesn’t log me out or else I’m screwed. Seriously.

      @raonah What email provider to you use–Gmail, hotmail, etc.? Are you checking/accessing your email via browser or an app? Have you checked your junk mail?

        I’m checking it in my browser. I checked the junk mail folder multiple times and there was nothing in it 😭

            Sometimes the email browser versions have different sections your mail gets sorted into. For gmail for example you have “Primary,” “Social,” and “Promotions.” So if it’s sorted into one of those categories, it might not appear in the others, similar to how junk works in that email that is sorted as junk wouldn’t appear in your “Primary” for example. So maybe you should check all the different groups if your email is like that. You can also try resetting you password a fews hours or so after your first try. Some services are like that. You have to either try later or multiple times. Up to you though.
