So I was thinking about the dramas I’ve viewed this year and started thinking about FoS…which led me to Lee Jong Hyuk (who I loved in that drama despite the fact that his character is a little bit terrible). After FoS, I went through the faze of stalking all the stars on google, and couldn’t believe that LJH was my believed prosecutor in City Hunter. Anyways, he’s just great and I think I would watch him mow grass. Has he stared in anything besides Naked Fireman?
It would have been so easy to hate his character but he was so unapologetically such an opportunistic jerk (and had no qualms about being so) that he endeared himself to me. I loved his unwilling partnership with Si Mok. I think Lee Joon Hyuk played him so well ‘cos he wasn’t the cookie-cutter “evil” villain
“Unapologetically opportunistic,” lol. That’s the perfect way to describe him. He was so so good in this role that I couldn’t help but root for him just so that he wouldn’t die or be thrown in jail so I could continue to watch him on my screen.

True he was a bit above the normal jerk-face, not even a love to hate character. He was so opportunistic and adaptable he was always good to watch.
