I haven’t been able to watch this week’s episodes of The Guest. I started finding it tedious to watch last week and now, I can’t bring myself to watch the finale episodes.

Today is amazing everyone. There’s a new episode of Fox Bride Star and Kim Junmyeon is doing this! to me. I had a small(read giant) meltdown on Twitter. It’s also the last week of WonShim but we won’t dwell on that

It\’s been a weird year for me in dramas, I\’ve not been able to enjoy anything my favourites have been in. I hope Yoon Eun-hye\’s new drama doesn\’t end up the same way.

    I addicted to Pocky ever since the local Jap AMG community made it our official snack 😂😂😂 those days a box just cost me about 2 dimes (with few flavour choc, strawberry & banana). Now almost 2 decades later it has gone up to 1 dollar but now we have many flavours to choose and my fav is matcha (matcha flavour about 1 dollar and 2 dimes)

      We have limited flavours at my local grocery shop. Just the chocolate, banana, strawberry, and almond ones.

    Glad someone else is at least looking for it!!! Seems like Devilish Joy is getting no love on this site.
    It’s so good and in the penultimate week of eps!!! I can get past loosing the rest of DF (eventually😒) But I am completely gutted that there’s only four eps left of this and they might not get subbed!!!!

      I’m enjoying Devilish Joy and I usually watch it right after I was The Guest. I was looking forward to seeing Ma-sung and Ki-bbeum work together to bring down that baddies in their lives. I’m still going to watch it, but I wish it was still getting subbed. Also, I have no idea about Beauty Inside since I’m not currently watching that show, but I’m going to assume it’s more popular than Devilish Joy, so that may be why.

Every time someone mentions Park Il-do being blind in his right eye, I think of Ad-Dajjal.

      Yes it is. But, Dajjal’s right eye protrudes out of his head and looks like a grape rather than it being punctured.

I just started watching Fox Bride Star and God knows I love Chae Soo-bin, but this character is getting on my nerves.

I tried ddukboki for the first time today and I discovered 2 things.
1. If you have an issue with mushy textures in food, you might not enjoy it.
2. I find it a lot more palatable when it\’s not piping hot. As I have a big problem with my food being mushy, this was the only way I could eat it. I also mixed in some rice and some chicken to balance off the tangy/spicy taste of the sauce used for the ddukboki.

I see people complaining about Hundred Days Husband and I feel like I\’m watching a different show than everyone else. I actually think this show is good? Also, I might be the only one taking the palace drama seriously.

    *is a little confused about the complaints too* *I didn’t even think it had that many plot holes* Also it keeps me going back for more each week so it’s doing something right.

      Perhaps I’m enjoying it too much to notice any holes. The only one I noticed was the whole “why does Hong-shim believe Won-deuk is real if she made him up” and that was addressed in episode 7.

        Oh yeah I completely forgot about that one. Idk it’s definitely not a “pick apart and analyze” drama for me so I’m just enjoying it for now. That might change depending on how it ends but yeah. It’s just nice to watch a sageuk again hah.

    I like the latest episodes more than the earlier ones. I think it felt slow to me and how the characters were initially written wasn’t working for me because this was Nam Ji-Hyun and Do Kyung Soo and they’re my puppies and I love them and it could be better. Well, that’s how I felt. Haha

    I’m glad I didn’t though, since there are more people enjoying the drama than people complaining/disliking it ^^

    I prefer the scenes at the village, but I still find myself quite invested in the palace drama and the people involved…I think it’s thanks to the actors doing a good job and the fact that there is a good balance between village-palace scenes 🙂

Yixing and EXO are coming. Yixing’s solo album will be released on the 19th of October and OT9’s comeback album will be released on the 2nd of November. If you hear incoherent screaming, it’s me.

    Are those teaser photos for the comeback? Not too familiar with EXO (other than knowing a couple of their popular songs), but it looks cool.

          Yixing is the youth ambassador for the communist party in China, his situation is a different from the other Chinese members of kpop groups. The hallyu ban hasn’t been completely lifted yet so he has to be careful.
