Can I gift a BeanieBox?

Yes! Simply click the “This is a gift” option on the order page to share the BeanieBox with a friend or loved one. Make sure you put in the gift recipient’s address when asked for the shipping address.

How can I check the expiration dates on my snacks?

You can normally spot the expiration date on the back of the package. The Korean expiration date system is YY.MM.DD. For example, 11th of July, 2019 will be 19/7/11.

When is the monthly cut-off date for ordering boxes?

The monthly cut-off is 11:59 p.m. PST on the 16th of each month. You will receive your box around the last week of the month, or the first week of next month.


When will I be charged for my subscription?

• First time subscribers will be billed immediately. If you subscribed after the order deadline (every month on the 16th) your first box will be the next month’s box. Please be patient, we promise it’s all worth the wait!
• Monthly subscribers will be billed on the 16th of each month. Your subscription will automatically renew each month, and you will be billed accordingly on this day.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How does the payment system work?

We take your privacy seriously and your personal card details are never stored. Each payment is processed and billed through PayPal.

How can I change my payment information?

We do not support this function as our site doesn’t keep any of your personal credit information. Please go to PayPal to change the information directly.

Does Dramabeans cover the customs and duties fees for the BeanieBox?

Dramabeans does not cover your customs and duties fees. Generally speaking, BeanieBox falls under taxable threshold, but due to the complexity of international tax laws, customs fees and duties area not covered by Dramabeans.
For more detailed and precise information, please contact your local post office or customs office.
Important Note: Returns relating to customs and duties levied during the clearance process will not be accepted.


What shipping carrier do you use?

We use Express DHL for a fast and safe delivery!

How long does shipping take?

• Depending on your location, shipping will generally take 4-5 working days.
• The estimated delivery time for shipping will depend on your country. Please be aware that the estimated delivery time does not include any delays in customs. is not responsible for any customs duty you may incur.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. You will be charged a return fee and another shipping fee to re-send the package to you if any returns are made due to these circumstances.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for all BeanieBoxes!

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently only ship to United States, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. Though we may not ship to your country yet, we’re working on expanding our shipping list!

Will I get a tracking number?

We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order is processed.

Can I get a refund for stolen or lost package?

Dramabeans, is responsible for transferring your order over to our courier service and providing you with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or delayed on the way to the recipient. Any items stolen or lost are generally not refunded. For more information, please contact [email protected].

I entered my address wrong.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, both shipping to and from will be deducted from the refund.


How do I track my BeanieBox?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and a link.

How do I change my delivery address?

Go to My Subscription > Click the ‘View’ button for the order you would like to update the address. Please be aware that the change will be implemented from the next renewal.
If you get lost, you can always give us an email at [email protected] and we will assist you!

Food Restrictions

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We are not able to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions yet, but we’re working on finding a solution. For now, please be aware that many of the products may have been prepared in environments with food allergens (nuts, eggs, flour, etc.). BeanieBox is not liable for any allergic reactions caused by consuming anything in the boxes. Please consume at your own risk.

Cancellation / Refund / Return

How do I cancel?

Please go to My Subscriptions > Click the ‘View’ button for the order you would like to cancel > Press ‘Cancel’ button.

Can I return or get a refund?

To be eligible for a return or a refund, your package must be (a) in the same condition that you received it, and (b) reported within 14 days since recipient. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or a refund as we handle food items. Please contact [email protected] to start your return and/or refund process.

What is your replacement policy?

• All missing or damaged items must be reported to [email protected] within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. The damaged item must be reported with a photo alongside the shipping label on your box. Both damaged item and shipping label must be shot together in the same photo.
• We may run out of the same replacement item, and it may be replaced with equal value.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

Dramabeans, is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipment. If you received your order damaged or lost during shipping, please contact [email protected] to file a shipment carrier claim. Please save all damaged goods and packaging before filing a claim.

Can you include a snack I saw in a particular K-drama?

Email us with the snack’s name (or a screenshot of the snack) at [email protected]! We can’t guarantee we can ship it, but we’re always on the lookout for which snacks Beanies want. Your suggestions are always welcome!

I have been receiving Beanie Box since I signed up for it at K-Con LA 2019! I love every box and all of the snacks that I'm introducted to! Every month I always have a new snack or noodle to stock up on when I go to the Korean Market (that is if they carry the item!). I would recommend this box to anyone!

I signed up for a Beaniebox because I figured, with quarantine, I wasn't spending that money commuting to work (my excuse for buying everything ^^) and I wasn't going to the Asian grocery store to browse snacks (so why not get them shipped to me like everything else?). I got my box (delivery to the USA was great- they texted me and everything when it arrived) and was so excited to see all the snacks that I actually left it on my counter for a couple days just to admire. I'm not an avid shopper in the Asian snack aisle, so most of the snacks were new to me and actually probably things I wouldn't have tried. Making my way through the various snacks, I've been pleasantly surprised at some of the things I didn't think I would like. Can't wait for my next box!

I made a one time purchase of the April box because of its cherry blossom theme. My favorite item was the cherry blossom latte! I'm already searching online to buy more. I enjoyed sampling the various snacks, (really appreciated the menu card!!) but I think I was expecting more sakura flavored items. The little post-it notes are very cute! 🌸 I was hoping for a small postcard/picture of the blooming trees....but that was just a wish in my own head. LOL! Anyhoo....I enjoyed the box and will probably purchase again when another theme appeals to me.

Was slightly skeptical about buying this since I tend to be picky about the snacks I like, but was binging a drama and getting the munchies and kept craving korean snacks and caved and bought 1 box. Pleasantly surprised - I actually liked most of the snacks in the box and the trinket wasn't totally useless junk (I got a pad of postits in the shape of a flower). Was it the best snacks ever - no. But they were all things I wouldn't have tried myself and it was fun having the mystery of trying each item. Would actually buy again.
