[Mystery Queen 2: Episode 16] Finding a ring and losing a friend

does anyone know why was wan seung friends with secretary Kim? I don't remember if he was in season 1. I have looked up on the obvious places like wiki and this character (the real estate agent) was not there. And I understand that this season did not make any sense! But I really would like to know if its only who did not get this connection? lol!

I don't remember him from S1 too! It seems like they introduced his character here as an old sunbae of Wan-seung, but the actor/character himself wasn't there in S1. (I went and checked the last episode of S1 where Seo Hyun-soo in a red dress meets "Secretary Kim" but it was a different actor!)

This is what I remember also, that he was someone he knew from years ago and perhaps may have even worked with in the past ..... but someone we never saw in the previous season. In that last episode last season, I only remember seeing a silhouette of a man walking down a hallway and Hyun-soo talks to him.

I’m glad i wasn’t the only one completely lost. I was so looking forward to another fun season and then it meandered into a mess that didn’t make sense. Even the actors looked like they weren’t having fun anymore.
