More tears for I Miss You’s leads

It’d be nice if they could just release these all at once, but then I suppose that defeats the purpose of a teaser being a tease. More poster stills are out for upcoming melodrama I Miss You, this time featuring leads Yoochun and Yoon Eun-hye and their respective turns at the Rainy Window of Pain. I guess if you’ve got a theme, you should use it. Again and again. And again.

It’s a beautifully executed concept though, which makes me really excited about the potential look of the show. And on a shallow note, I have to say, I’m really looking forward to 20 episodes of Yoochun in normal hair. The mane o’ shame is pretty much the last image stuck in my brain, and there’s just no undoing that once it’s in there.

So far the promotional material for this show isn’t giving me much hope for the light and cheery aspects of the characters that were touted before, but I suppose we’re not going to get any smiley shots for a conventional melodrama. It’s a classic first-love-gone-wrong story: they meet and fall in love at fifteen, she carries a scar from a huge tragedy in her life, and he carries the guilt from being too young to protect her from it at the time.

We can only hope that a decade of brooding at their rainy windows will lead to a different result when they cross paths again as adults. Prepare your hankies, and extra points if you watch by a rainy window of your own.

The countdown begins: I Miss You premieres next Wednesday on MBC.

Yoochun? In normal hair?? Never!

Hahaha. It's strange that there was some slight uproar among fans of his hair when it was first revealed.. it may not be that apparent here but he got shaved sides, something different even by his standards. I've always liked Yoochun in shorter hair so I'm not complaining :)

The video teasers are out too and it looks good so far, heavier than I would have ventured into without these leads, but hey I think I could do with a good cry to end the year

i love YEH's outfit :D
I always go for romcom but this is YEH's drama. what can I do ? She is always an exception..

Nhaa, MY GIANT BABY GIRL IS JUST SO ADORABLE.

I also love Yoochun and happy that he is YEH's pair :D

Yoochun really did improve a lot in his acting. The production team didn't go wrong on casting him.

Despite the sad expressions and pics, I had a giggle fit when reading this article thanks to girlfriday's Rainy Window Of Pain. :D

Just an observation...
YEh can do sad n teary like nobody's business. But in the 2nd pic, only her right eye were watery, the left is really dry...
is it 'method acting' or eyedrops at work? .. ;)

It takes more than what is shown above, not just crying

or angsty or painful miserable life to make the drama exciting !.

actors got to work harder than what is shown above.

Thank you so much the posters, I am excited now for the show. I am a fan for both male leads, but got to say Yoo Seung Hoo poster is way more killer. Yoo Seung Hoo's eyes so emotive, showing darker mood. I can see he can pull off playing the villain, pinning for Yoon Eun Hye.

i guess i'm one of the rare who is only interested in the child casts . It took someone as skillful as KSH to be able to pick up what YJG has left in TMETS , i hope yoochun could do the same cuz judging from the roles that he has had , i'm not really impressed wif any , it's not that he is bad or anything , but it's just that it's hard to be able to be up to par wif YJG , even when u're an adult

I am sorry, but everyone in these stills looks like they are trying TOO HARD. And got to say, the level of "melo" feels off the charts, Never felt that way about a drama before, but this just feels super depressing. Just not drawing me in and I loved him in Ripley..."believe it or not."

Love the blacks and dark grays. Am not a real lover of melodrama but if the story doesn't have too many contrivances, I'm up for it. Thanks for the stills.
