I'm actually really sad.. I had one of the worst days of my life and it gets worse b'coz cheese and other shows are postponed due to celebrations.....
Still its not their fault for my bad day happy new year...lets have a great drama year ahead....

It's the lunar new year, so most of the asian countries are celebrating over these few days. It's one of the biggest events in the lunar calendar and most families get together, visit each other, each copious amounts of food, exchange red packets (with money inside). Most of the tv stations do special broadcasts and most dramas take a break for a day if the broadcast falls on the eve or the first few days. The animal of the year rotates every year, with a total of twelve for twelve years, and this year it's the monkey. For more info, wiki is always a good starting point:

Also, the first 2 days of the lunar new year (at least in Singapore where I'm from) are public holidays, so kids get a break from school and adults a break from work.
Which also means a long weekend as this year's lunar new year falls on Mon and Tues.
