Can they just cast jisoo
yeah, i'd much prefer jisoo over taec
He looks too old compared to Kim So-hyun. I mean I can't picture him as a highschooler...
especially as a high schooler who is two years younger than Kim So-hyun.
YESSS CALL JISOO SOMEONE CALL THE DIRECTOR
As much as I love Jisoo you guys want him in everything poor guy he is going to get overworked XD. There are many young actors that deserve an opportunity I personally nominate Kang Chan-Hee, he is a only a year younger than KSH.
Ji-soo's just the representative name for rising young actors who've proven their acting chops at this point. I think we'd be equally happy if the drama cast someone like Shin Jae-ha or Kwak Dong-yeon, or (dreams coming true) Yeo Jin-gu.
and if tvN absolutely HAD to age the character up and cast a much-older idol actor opposite Kim So-hyun and swore to keep things platonic, they'd have been much better off with Yoon Doo-joon. At least he can act!
As much as I want to see Yoon Doo-joon on my TV screen, his face can't be said as 17 :(
If not Ji-soo, can it be D.O.? I love him with Kim So-hyun in that Unforgettable movie, so if he does this drama, I'm definitely checking it out!
@Faith - I did mention that he'd be ok if they aged the character up - most definitely not otherwise.
Yoon Doo-joon certainly looks like age 17 was a long time ago for him, but that's not a bad thing given the roles he's taken so far. And he's definitely not the right candidate to play a high schooler (a college student, yes - but school, definitely not!)
D.O. Yes, what a great suggestion!!!!!!!
Comment was deleted
Yeah, but even if they aged up the characters, I still think that Kim So-hyun has a younger-looking face than Yoon Doo-joon, so they can't make this into a noona-romance anymore..
I also said things should stay platonic, i.e. no romance at all!
Let me put it this way, if he was playing her actual oppa, I'd be ok with it. But NOT with a romance, not at this age anyway.
Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. So now, let's just hope that he will not accept this role, or he will get a minor role that has no business whatsoever romancing Kim So-hyun. I'm still hoping for either Ji-soo, D.O. or Lee Hyun-woo.
Lee Hyun Woo ~ so I can pretend that Moorim never happened or Lee Joon he was good at Heard It Through the Grapevine :)
YEO JIN GU FOR LIIIIIIFE!!!!
I mean, uh. Yeah Yeo Jin Gu would be ok, I guess. I like him an appropriate amount for someone who is approximately 10 years younger than me. Nothing crazy to see here.
Haha, I like him too. With that deep, deep voice of him, phew *fans overheating self before being ended up burned to death* but alas, he is now in Jackpot, and I'm not sure if he has the time to act in this one 'cuz I don't think I've ever seen actors doing back-to-back dramas in my short years of watching KDramas. So that's why I listed those three actors because they are the only ones that came to my head when I tried to think of still-quite-young actors who are free and available.
I loveeee kang chan-hee, his face totaly fit high school student, but I think he's too early to become a main lead.
errr, hopefully if taec accept this offer, his role no other than being a teacher? or her older brother? but big no for so hyun partner
I get what you are saying but let me just say this and don't take it the wrong way I am not mad at you comment :) As you might know he has been an actor since he was a little kid, he mainly did the younger counterparts of older main characters the same as KSH. So why I ask you was KSH ready for a lead role in 2015 when she was the same age as KCH but not him?? Heck tvN even gave Nam Joo-Hyuk his first acting role then right away after that he got a lead role and look where he is now.
It wasn't too early for Kim Sohyun last year, and it's not too early for Kang Chanhee this year. Male and female actors should be treated the same way.
Yeah, I'm tired of seeing the same faces. KSH is a good actress but even so, I'm not that psyched about her casting simply because I feel like I've seen her in almost every highschool related drama in the past year. Seeing her AND Ji Soo again would be overkill.
I agree, I'm tired of seeing the same faces. KSH is a good actress but even so, I'm not that pysched about her casting simply because I feel like we've seen her in too many things recently. Having her AND Ji Soo together again would be overkill.
Sooooo agreed. This casting feel so uninspired to me. Same faces over and over again.
That's why I want Kwak Dongyeon this time to play the male lead. I think it will be very different vibe. I'm curious the elegant, proper, and badass Kim Sohyun acting against awkward, clumsy, quirky Kwak Dongyeon.
I'm asking this out of curiosity: can't her parents have a say in who she is acting with, since she's still a minor? And by that I mean who her romantic lead could be, if they go there. They don't have any power whatsoever, do they?
It probably depends on what her contract says. After all her parents would've had to sign it and they may have given up that right (knowingly or unkonwingly). The agencies are sadly pretty almighty, even with underaged actors/singers/etc they're usually higher in the hierarchy than parents.
I do hope they haven't waived that right though and will somehow be able to veto in these kind of situations. Age gaps are fine, but not when one of them is underaged.
Or if they want an idol actor they can go with Sunjae. Still better than Taec.
cant they just cast someone in her actual age range? omg. and isnt the guy supposed to be 17? and taec is almost 28 omg. who thought this was a good idea? is casting young actresses with dudes too old for them the trend now??? just yikes man.
Well while kim yoo jung with park bo gum. Here kim so hyun with taecyon(still in talks anyway)
But whoever is that i think tvN knows what they should do
*putting ninja moves and cutting the internet line in GF's abode
*steals GF's phone & every other phone around her
*lures GF with Ji-soo's pic to internet-less locked room
You guys are hilarious ??
Noooooo. be too busy pls..
we all know this dude ain't busy LOL.
maybe KSH's side will (hopefully) boycott this casting. we can all pray.
Are you Taec saying is not busy? Lol
Sorry, it was not clear. And yes, Taec is a very busy person. Say what you want about him as an actor, but yeah, don't say shit.
please no please no please no please no please no please no please no please no please no please no please no...PLEASE NOOOOOO!!!!
Yeah because there aren't any talented actors around sohyun's age range? and because taecyeon totally looks 17......... okay for reals let's just cast jisoo, kwak dong yeon, or lee hyun woo. I'm going to flip out if they cast him as the lead...
or Yook Sungjae!
Why not Sung Jae yes? Damn it,I want to be happy because of KSH,but then taecyeon. -_-
i'd like to see them act together soon too but with his current schedule, its kinda hard. its one of the reasons why they havent confirmed his participation in Moonlight drawn by clouds.
They're probably going to age the male lead up.
or maybe the webtoon guy will start from 17 till he reach 25 years old, while the ghost remains the same at 19 yo. Kinda like Mirror of the Witch
ASDFGHJKLJHGFDSDFGHJKJHGFDSDF Yes to Kwak Dongyeon. He looks like a nice fit for the character! You genius, you!
His mini-drama Adolescent Medley is one of my fav minis. I really liked him in that. I was hoping to see more of him in dramaland, but all I have been getting is weird little side roles. He'd be a good cast. I'm for it!
I loved him in that! And he's so adorable in You Who Rolled in Unexpectedly. >< I was surprised to see him as mini Han Gi Tak coz he looked all grown up. Eeeeee. Now, I just really want him to be cast!
Here's an original idea: get Kim Jae-wook as a ghost who cannot talk but pops up to stare soulfully at the girl.
I thought the exact same thing !! XD
Savage! I felt kinda bad for laughing...
It's ok. I kind of did also.
LOL! ? This will totally work!
Bring it on...
Who are you?
Ghost 2016 ...
In my pov, even Rim looks more boyish than Taec. ^^
And why not Rim-Rim?
I feel bad for laughing but.... darn it! you guys are going for the kill in this thread~
oh my heart.
i can think of SO MANY BETTER CASTING CHOICES. HERE I GO--LISTEN TO ME CASTING DIRECTORS. *praying
(first off, i'm going to write off ji soo. i know ya'll thirsty af for him--i am too!--but isn't he super busy?)
yoo seung ho
kim min suk
lee hyun woo
lee min ho (1993)
THERE YA GO. TAKE YOUR PICK. JUST. DON'T. PICK. TEAC.
i don't hate taec, he actually has a soft place in my heart but i can't even imagine him with KSH. visually AND talent wise they're not a match at all lol.
Or even Sungjae who still hasn't confirmed Moonlight Drawn by Clouds. Maybe he was waiting for this to reunite with his Eunbi lol.
Ooh, you make a good point! Aha. This whole time I've been thinking that Sung-jae's already confirmed for Moonlight, so I was wondering why people were throwing his name out so much, but I guess he still hasn't confirmed. I'd love to see him reunite with Kim So-hyun and finally have his happy ending with Eunbi that he deserved from the beginning! Hee.
He quit WGM and turned down Moonlight. I guess he can do this now, right? Weeeee
oh yes please YOO SEUNG HO! this year he doesn't have any project yet!
Add Yook Sung-Jae to the list. There are plenty of guys who can act that are close to her age :(
If they must cast someone from 2PM then I nominate Lee Junho.
Boy is still babyface and can pass off as highschooler.
There are literally a sea of young/rising actors right now who act better than Taec
KWAK DONG YEON
LEE WON GEUN
GO KYUNG PYO
And for idol-actors
YOOK SUNG JAE
YES, this. I hate how undercast (former?) child/teen actors are. I was thinking Seo Young Joo- he's about 18, really underrated, imo, and would be a great fit.
or Kwak Dongyeon? He's 97 liner with great acting, plus he can pull off the naive character.
Just a few words. But means so much.... ROFL
I was afraid of this really grown men with teenagers becoming a trend. Now here we are. No actresses in their early twenties for these guys, right? No younger actors for the teen set girls? Sheesh.
I hate, hate, HAAAAAATE it too. They expect us to either believe a grown-ass man is a teen or to think it's cute for a grown-ass man to romance a teen. Eww.
Especially egregious for this drama considering that a 17 year old boy-19 year old girl dynamic will be vastly different from a 25 year old man-19 year old girl dynamic. Ghost girl is supposed to be recapturing her teens, so what the hell is that grown ass man doing around her???
it's actually worse, he's 27 to her 16. This is officially ridiculous.
Agreed. But part of the problem is casting directors keep thinking underage girls are OK to cast as love interests in romances. I get that they're good to great actresses, but they either need to pair them with around the same age actors or wait for them to grow up....
This is like the whole "JLaw, Emma Stone, etc" dilemma in Hollywood, pairing 20+ actresses with actors who are as old as their fathers. I don't for one hot minute believe that there are no good young actors out there, they are there, waiting for their break, it's just that casting directors and production staffers seem to be thirsty and vicariously living their fantasies casting barely legal girls as 30+ women and putting them together with waaaaay older men. It's disgusting!
But Korea took it one step further to squick by doing pairing underage actresses with grown men. Becauee they're "only" a decade older. Hahah, that totally makes it better. Fan-fucking-not-tastic.
@genki - Hollywood has been pairing barely legal/20something actresses with much older actors for a long time, right from the days of Audrey Hepburn.
I remember Scarlett Johansson's career starting to take off when she was 18-19, her most high-profile projects always paired her with men 10-25 years older than her. And it was doubly creepy since she was so overtly sexualised because of the way she looked.
@pogo I know they were, but it's only beginning to be talked about now, and those for the status quo always rationalize it by claiming there are no young actors of the same caliber as the young actress. And that's just BS. To use a Scarlett Johansson example, they already had age-appropriate Chris Evans with her in the MCU, but noooooo, they hooked her up with Mark Ruffalo. If they weren't going for the comics canon anyway, why go with that instead of the alternative??
Creepy ass Hollywood and now creepy ass Korea are ruining my entertainment experiences. If I had known it was going to be this big a problem, I would've gone he casting director career path to fight it!
I really didn't like the Black Widow/Hulk part of Age of Ultron but that was more because it was poorly developed and came out of nowhere, than because of the actors' ages - Johansson was 30 by then, mature enough to play opposite an older leading man if needed. Still doesn't excuse the creepiness surrounding her early adulthood though (same goes for Keira Knightley, she was 19 and always getting cast with much older men post-Pirates :/)
I also love the fact that Steve and Natasha have a close friendship that is just that - if I was expecting anyone to be a possible love interest for her, it was the Winter Soldier (especially since the Winter Soldier trailers trolled us by hinting at it).
But even Hollywood is generally more mindful about casting actual underage girls opposite older actors - in Korea it seems to be ok for productions to cast middle and high schoolers opposite men twice their age and then go 'well she's very mature, it's all good!' even as literally anyone who hears of it (Korean or foreign) says NO.
Hollywood's age-gap casting is problematic as well. It's not as creepy as this Korean trend involving underage actresses, but there's something very wrong with casting very young women into 30/40 year old roles and passing over extremely capable actresses of the actual age while men get to take age-appropriate roles--or play younger! It's also not cool that female actors are only considered love interest material up to a certain age, adding insult to the fact that they're sexualized way too early.
It's not caused by a lack of young male actors or mature female actors (there are plenty!), there's some twisted, ageist male fantasy with a side helping of unrealistic standards of female beauty here. Female actors are given an extremely short shelf life while male actors are considered viable until well past the point that they have literally turned gray. (I'm not even getting into how Hollywood has a lack of substantial female roles to begin with.)
(I know I went off-tangent the drama casting issue here, but they're interlinked, so please bear with me. The mindset responsible for Hollywood age-gap casting is related to the Korean underage casting--there's double-standard at work.)
Ultimately, it would be nice to see actors age gracefully. By that, not just let the female actors take the roles for their ages, rather than shunting them aside for ever younger girls (and have the male actors do the same, rather than take younger roles), but let the teen actresses stay young. Don't have them grow up too fast! Don't be so excited to push them into adult roles. (Looking at Yoojung and Saeron especially!) And keep them with age-appropriate actors, for Pete's sake! Let the teen actors age into their craft and get their roles, than pass them over for these grown men! Let male actors grow--don't give us 30 year-old high schoolers or 30 year-old grandfathers!
P.S. I'm actually a Clintasha fan, but Steve-Natasha was the best alternative, IMHO--visually and plot-wise.
consider everything you said, co-signed (except maybe the part about Natasha's love interests, I really like the idea of her/Steve but the idea of Winter Soldier/Black Widow excites me more, even if we never see it) .
Hollywood may be less extreme than the current casting trends in Korea but it's still a place where 32-year-old Oscar winners get passed over for roles because the marketing suits want a 25-year-old Oscar winner instead. And where a 38-year-old woman is considered "too old" to play the wife of a 56-year-old man. And women still get paid so much less than their male costars despite carrying films with their star power.
But the thing I'm seeing in Korea is that the current generation of 30something actresses (born in/after 1979) are going as strong as ever - it's the girls currently in their twenties who have been steadily shut out of lead roles, and as a consequence the only young actresses who are recognisable names got that way because they were literal child actresses. I blame idol casting for that.
That guy can't act!
agreed...cast him in variety, anything else that doesn't require him to act.
He's bad in variety too - saw him on WGM...not sure he is a real boy, more like a wooden Pinocchio!
I almost did a happy dance when I saw Kim So-Hyun but not with Taecyeon!
Oh god please no!
Fuck this shit. Im out. Wtf what the actual fuck. Why taecyeon. Neither he is a good actor nor he fits the character description.
Just imagining them kiss and romance blooming is so wrong.
What the fuck is wrong with casting directors. Are they fucking stupid or what or did JYP feed their thirsty ass with money.
Okay..lets say Ji Soo isnt available... do you think there arent any other young actors close to being 17y/o?
What a load a bad news to wake up to. Boycott this drama. I wont watch his snoozefest acting.
The only rational explanation for why people even consider casting Taecyeon is probably that his handlers feed the casting directors some seriously powerful drugs to induce amnesia, kdrama style, about just what his previous acting performances were like.
Aren't there are young actors. Park Bo Gum would have been awesome but he has another drama. Jisoo is a better choice. Why Taecyeon? Why??????? Yes!!! Kim Min Suk would be cute - he's a cutie in DOTS but he has also gotten another drama role I think. I'm all psyched but now I'm all deflated......... Please say no. please say no. please say no, please say no............
Ikr. Like koreans say, they gave us cider (kim so hyun) and then fed us gogumas (taecyeon).
Stop it already. He can't act and he's too old.
why why taecyeon? please cast somebody younger not taecyeon, he's too tall and his body certainly looks he's not around kim so hyun's age, he fits older girls but not kim so hyun please, I'd rather they cast D.O instead
this is almost worse than the Yoon Shi-yoon/Kim Sae-ron pairing. Worse because he has proved pretty much repeatedly over the years that he has no business being an actor.
Seriously, what are casting directors these days on, and why are they pairing up underage girls with men 10+ years older than them?
Exactly. At least Yoon Shi-yoon is a talented actor making his long-awaited army comeback. If you break down Mirror of the Witch, the parts themselves are all great. It's just when you put it together that it becomes iffy. Even then, at least it's a saguek with a fantasy premise that may actually support the odd casting or at least distract from the more romantic aspects of the story.
Here, the casting makes no sense because it goes actively against the premise description. And, I mean, this is a tvn romcom so I'm actually looking forward to, well, the romance and chemistry. But, as soon as this confirms, I won't anymore, that's for sure.
Taecyeon being in consideration for this role at all despite his having basically negative levels of acting ability, is a classic example of the entitled mindset I've mentioned among crappy acting-idols.
He's been acting for the better part of a decade now and his acting is the kind only a fangirl could love, he isn't even fit for major supporting roles and yet here he is, up for lead in a drama for which he is completely inappropriate in every way - age, acting ability, image, literally nothing fits. At this stage in his career, he's not being forced by his agency or anything of the sort - this is him scrambling for relevance despite likely knowing full well that his struggle acting would never make the grade.
Can't they Cast Yooo seung ho or Lee Minho (young LMN)?
No! Don't cast him. He doesn't look like a seventeen year old
lmfaooooo i love javabeans
(also i agree. please cast someone else)
Lmao Javabeans, where's Girlfriday XD
Let's send Girlfriday a virtual hug!
It's just in 7mins head to head article XD
She is probably crying in a corner, it seemed too good to be true XD, but seriously I hope he declines the offer.
It would be ridiculous for him to play a 17 year old... he'll probably be aged up. But still would have preferred someone (read: anyone) else.
Ok, so went back and re-read the Taecyeon article and it doesn't mention the lead male's age or him being a student. It looks increasingly likely that the character has been changed from the webtoon.
aged up or no, it is insanely inappropriate that they could even think this pairing was a thing that should happen, considering Kim So-hyun's age.
And then they'll release articles about how 'mature' she is (subtext: it's totally ok to pair her up with a guy 11 years older who can't act!), I want to pre-emptively vomit.
That's so disgusting, how the Powers that Be in entertainment justify their creepy ass fetish of casting teen girls with grown men by going "oh, she's mature for her age anyway," (and "oh, he's so youthful anyway). Girls (I'm talking in general terms now) are always expected to grow up too fast and to be aware that the world already see them as women and to be careful, robbing them of the tail-end of their childhood. IRL, as long as a girl is in her teens, she's considered fair game to men (even though it's illegal) but it's (rightfully) weird for women to look at teen boys that way.
Films/shows that put together teen girls with adult men only normalizes this sick societal double standard. I'd step off my soapbox but... I really don't want to. These things need to be said!
For sure... the failure of proper planning in the past few years is coming home to roost! Is it bad to feel a certain amount of schadenfreude?
I don't know if schadenfreude is the word for it because the people harmed by this narrowmindedness and greed are the very people I want to see succeed - twentysomething actresses and young actors.
Schadenfreude would be what I'd feel if every single crappy idol-starring drama out there did a giant belly flop and people rejected them en masse because of the poor acting, finally prompting network heads to ask 'what went wrong?' instead of the current handwringing over 'there are no early 20s actresses for us to hire!' which is a lie because there are, they're just all stuck in supporting roles and if they end up with one failed drama they're basically sent to the dungeon and not given any more shots at lead.
WTF NO PLEASE NO. HE'S A MAN WHO LOOKS LIKE A MAN. In what world does he look 17? Don't do this please. The drama and Kim So Hyun deserve better. I'm gonna cry if he confirms :'(
Not even going to talk about his acting! Urgh there are so many good young actors around her age why not them???
Why is life so unfair??!!! Casting directors wake up please.
Well, Taec pretty much looks the same since his debut.
But yeah, not feeling this if it happens.
There are a bunch of young, talented actors who need that big break!
I like Taecyeon as a person but no. Not this one. Oh God. I'm just imagining girlfriday's reaction right now.
NO! With a big N and O.!!
CAN ANYBODY PLEAD JISOO TO THE DRAMAGOD
Er does GF like or hate Taecyeon? Who the heck are all those myopic casting directors lately?
We both like Taec a lot, except as an actor and singer.
This should go under Beans of Wisdom. XD
I can't stop laughing... I also like Taec in the same way xD.
Yeah, he's so cute in Three Meals a Day ;-;
Rofl, same here. I also like Taec a lot... shirtless, ahem.
Taec is pretty to look at. I like Taec in the same way. Sans acting, singing, and clothing.
ROFL at "sans acting, singing, and clothing"!!!
OMG yes to this. I'm no expert in fashion but Taecyeon's usually just beyond question I can hardly compute
Agree. Even his dancing is a bit awkward.
*insert sans dancing*
Pwahahaha. Yes Taec is likable and has this easy going personality that I've seen in 3MAD but with acting? Nah. I hope this is all just a bad dream and we'd wake up to news about YSJ being cast.
basically, he's fine as long as he stays in his lane.
And acting is NOT part of that lane. Acting, for him, is basically a guaranteed route to a trainwreck.
Yep, nop thankU !
Lee mino (1993), yoo-seung-ho, lee hyun woo, Ji soo, or Choi woo sik (wait how old is he again !) would do great I think.
Woosik is a 90er, so 2 years younger than Taec and 9 years older than Kim Sohyun. I think he's also a bit too old for her, but he can still pass off as 95er looks-wise.
Lee Hyun Woo or Choi Woo Shik, i think i could accept them? But then again? Who am I?
So, how much did JYPE pay to push this casting?
Let me tell you something as a 2pm fan... Jype doesn't care about 2pm anymore except for Japan money. Then they are good.
ewww thinking of them together makes me think of the pics some paparazzi took of taec and his niece. if there's a shortage of teenaged actors, go to actors in their early twenties jfc
Hmmm but you guys will watch it even if he's in, right ? LOL
I am overjoy with the new of Kim So Hyun casting
LOL! But wait this is not a laughing matter. I'm so happy to see her play the lead.. but Taec.. oh Taec my liking for you have boundaries.
Lee Won Geun!!! <3
oOoOOOoo i like this yasssss
LGW is such a beautiful person omgah i cannot even deal.
will he be busy tho? i know he is tied to that korean remake of the good wife
still a touch too old for Kim So-hyun (he's 8 years older), but in every single way a better prospect than this block of wood they're considering casting.
Why! Why! Why! I don't want him with my dongsaeng,he sucks at acting and looks nothing like seventeen..... Do kyung soo totally looks 17 tho.
He might not necessarily be the lead right?? Kim sohyun is supposed to be older than the male lead, so taec might be a... i don't know. A school oppa?
The thing is if she is a ghost then the second lead will have to also be able to see her. Wouldn't the second lead be a live girl?
omo what is this???
its the first time I'm seeing everybody wholeheartedly rejecting an actor like this. it is a thumb down from everybody.........is he really that bad. i havnt seen him in anything. but i thought he is some big name out there.
i just checked wiki and he is only 27.
is this the love for the actress or the hate for the actor or has he done some terrible karma out there???? somebody plzz reply
I mean the fact that he's going to be playing a 17 yr old when he's 27 (he doesn't look 17 AT ALL btw) and the fact that kim so hyun (who is playing an age appropriate character) is like 11 years younger than him.... not to mention this guy had chances to be lead in dramas and his acting is still not good.It just makes like zero sense to cast him when there are slew of talented young actors out there.
SAVE KIM SO HYUN
He's way too old to be paired with a 16-year-old AND he cannot act to save his life.
(also is this drama gods' revenge for our premature rejoicing over Kang Haneul being saved from having to carry a drama starring Yuri and Chanyeol? SAVE KIM SO HYUN!)
If it is, it's disproportionate retribution, given the trend of "off" castings there have been lately, either age-inappropriate or downright terrible.
This takes the cake though, age-inappropriate and terrible. Give us a break, drama gods!
Well what to say I haven't watched taecyeon in anything never listened his music but I'll be with my beany family and support 'reject taecyeon' bean-army.
Taecyeon should be cast as the Bread character in "How Are You, Bread?". They haven't cast anyone yet for the role, as far as I know.
i'm pretty sure suho was cast as the lead for that. unless we're talking about different roles...
Oh, I'm pretty sure he got the noodle role in God of Noodle, unless I'm mistaken...
You're confusing your carbs :)
no it was definitely How Are You Bread. i really keep up with exo updates lol. there were some pics of him filming it too.
He's started filming? *screams* And you have pics? I. AM. SO. JEALOUS. Did he look bouncy and springy? I'm no bread expert - I mean, I bite, I chew and I swallow my bread, that's about it - but I'm sure the role must be physically grueling...our poor Taec would have to go through the soft to hard journey like MULTIPLE times a day. 16 episodes...OMG how many times would he have to go in the oven? Can you imagine how claustrophobic it must be, filming ALL your scenes in an oven? Not to mention the heat..!!
DOn't insult noodles.
But it will be a sexy and adorable piece of bread.
Don't forget the eyebrows^^
A bread with chocolate abs. Yum.
That bread would be delicious!
Taec's a really versatile actor...he's in all those hit dramas, but people tend to overlook his roles. That flagpole in DOTS? That was him. The bench in "Cheese in the Trap?" Taec again. And his latest, most awesome acting coup, in "Neighborhood Lawyer Jo Deul-ho", he plays the neighborhood.
