[Theme of the Month] Best friends forever

Last month was our chance to celebrate (and in some cases, bemoan) our dramaland OTPs, and now it’s time to move on to the BFFs that have our heroes/heroines backs and keep our hearts warmed.
Tell us about your favorite dramaland friendships.
Whether it’s a group of girlfriends, a band of brothers, a mixed crowd, or a singular awesome bestie, there are a lot of examples of solid friendships running through many dramas. Maybe they’re the shoulder for our main leads to cry on, or maybe they’re the calm voice of reason, or maybe they’re the sassy badass who delivers a much-needed kick in the pants. Now’s your time to celebrate them!
To submit:
- Email your submissions to hello@dramabeans.com. If you have a registered Dramabeans account, include your handle so we can link to it.
- Include at least 1 image, though more is preferred.
- Suggested length: Between 500 and 1,000 words.
- Deadline: We will post these on a rolling basis, so we’re taking submissions now. We will cut off accepting submissions on March 26. If you miss this month, join us for a new theme next month!

It's nice that dramas progressed to the stage where main characters aren't total loners or have just one good friend (So they won't take too much screen time, I presume? Or is it just too much work for the writers?).

YESSSSS THIS HAS ME EXCITED.
My top friendships are definitely AOY and BTLIOF but everyone and their mother will probably write about them and do a better job of it than me, so I don’t think I will bother. I have one that I don’t think anyone else will write about and the thought is making me excited.
But will I get around to actually writing it, though...

i really want to write about aoy, but considering how aoy is so well loved and other beanies write SO well and i write crappily so i’ll leave the honor for someone else!!! maybe i’ll do sassy gogo/ strongest deliveryman / waikiki or destroy some other drama with my terrible essay writing skils

For some reason this article reminded me of Park Hee-von, the inimitable BFF of the heroine in 'Fated To Love You' and, I just realized, the heroine's mom in Goblin! Main characters come and go, side characters will stick with you through thick and thin.

I should do what @leetennant did last month and write about best friends forNEVER = characters that broke off their friendships because of A Boy (Doctors, Temperature of love, Sassy Go Go, Girls Generation 1979) but I'm self-conscious about my writing and my English so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ someone take this away from me and please don't forget about INAR cause I need to talk about it somewhere other than my fanwall from time to time

When you say Best Friend Forever, there are some friendships that instantly shoot up on the top of your head like Answer Mr series, or Age of Youth or a more recent one BTLIOF.
But then there are some unconventional friendships that aren't really thought about much such as the Healer-Ahjumma, it'll be friendship right, coz Ahjumma doesn't consider herself as a mother figure or the friendship between Halmoe and Gang Doo, coz they really behaved like one.
