Name That Drama: Switched at birth, fakeouts, and rice-induced crying

- Switcheroo
I remember there were two girls, one living with a wealthy family and the other living with a poor family. Their lives were turned upside down when they find out they were switched at birth. I remember the girl in the wealthy family was so sweet but the poor one was not, and the poor girl became so happy that she could now switch families. I also remember the rich girl had a brother and he really liked to give her piggyback rides. If you know the name of the drama, please help me find it. Thank you in advance.
- A chaebol engagement
The drama is an old one and I can’t remember anything at all about the main characters. I do remember one specific scene about the second lead female though. She’s a chaebol daughter and is set to marry her unrequited love as arranged by her parents. She and all her family arrive at a venue for the engagement dinner and she’s wearing a pink formal gown. She stands in a hallway with a bunch of windows, holding her phone. Dude stands her up.
- A two-part conundrum
I only remember a scene and it’s sometime during the finale I think. The female lead becomes a granny for some reason so she won’t let the male lead see her. He waits outside her house to see her. That’s all I remember.
The second drama, I don’t know if it is same show or a different one.
In the Joseon era, a girl tries to commit suicide in a well and I think she time travels to present, but I’m not really sure. All I remember is a girl wearing hanbok, and the well. - Driving fakeout
I think this drama came out in recent years. The female lead teaches the male lead how to drive (or maybe the other way round?). She even sat through scary experiences of being driven around by the male lead with (supposedly) bad driving skills. But then, an emergency happened, and the male lead decided to come clean and offered himself to drive for her. Turns out that he actually asked her to teach him to drive just to spend more time together.
- Emotional meals and rice
I’ve been trying to remember the name of this drama, but I only remember one scene. The male lead goes to the female lead’s house and her mother serves him some rice (I think). It reminds him of his mom, so he runs out of the house crying and the female lead goes after him. She stands behind him and he’s standing outside with his arm on the wall and the female lead thinks to herself that she hadn’t expected him to cry. In case it helps, during the eating scene they were sitting on the floor with a table in the middle. Please help me remember this drama!
Thanks for playing, everyone — till next time!

The first one sounds like Autumn in my Heart.
Number 4 could be Reply 1994. Chilbongie told Na Jung (FL) that he had to take his driving licence, but after a while he ousted himself when an emergency happened.

1. Kinda too lazy to look it up, but it sounds like the class Autumn in My Heart. Which I have never seen, lol, but is so iconic that "oppa who gives piggyback rides" is mentally linked to that drama for me.
2. Sorry, I don't know this one. Maybe one of the longer daily dramas?
3. The first one sounds like the movie Miss Granny, which was adorable and a definite must-watch. The second part sounds like it's from Arang and the Magistrate, at the end when they jump into the well to be reborn or some such thing.
4. Not ringing any bells. All the ones I've watched had the male lead teaching the female lead and belittling her all the way (as love interests do, rme).
5. Sounds like it might be a teenaged drama? But I can't recall which one and I'm only like 25% sure of that.

No.2 sounds like Soulmate, but I don't think it was an arranged match.
3a is Heart to Heart - the female lead disguised herself as a granny because of her blushing condition.

#2 sounds like Uncontrollably Fond but the girl didn't have a pink dress...The last one sounds really familiar as i remember the scene, the girl was poor...

Could it be Secret? I also can't remember if Lee Da-hee wore a pink dress.

3) It sounds like Heart to Heart, I think it was the second lead, a cop, who was waiting outside of her house. She disguised herself as a granny because it was the only way she could get out of her house without panicking.
The second part, I don't know Scarleat Hear Rheo but I don't remember a well scene or Splash Splash Love but she jumped in a puddle and arrived in a well and she was wearing eunuch's clothes...

1. Sparkling (also known as Twinkle Twinkle)! I really enjoyed that show. One of the few 50+ ep kdramas I've seen.

That's what I thought too. It was a great drama but then again, anything with Lee Yoo Ri is usually good. She really knows how to capture an audience with her acting.

Oh! I totally didn't connect her with this show and FiS. I haven't seen her in anything else. I didn't like her character in FiS but I really liked her in Sparkling. It's one of the few redemption arcs that really worked and I'm sure that was partly because of the actress.

#1 is my first kdrama ever. Twinkle Twinkle. I was soo addicted - i had never watched that much TV in a row... but I never finished it because hulu didn't have all of the eps. and when it became available again, I didn't want to fall back into the addiction hole. But it started my descent :)

I think the second part of #3 could be Rooftop Prince. It’s been years since I saw it, but there is a scene where she kills herself by drowning in a hanbok. He time travels, and she is reborn in the future.
Could #5 be Heirs? I vividly remember Kim Woo Bin’s character crying into a bowl of food with Eun Sang’s mom. Not sure if the rest matches, though.

I think 5 is that one,i knew i remembered quite well the scene but couldn't place it and very vaguely remembered Kim Mi-Kyung as the Mother and that he wasn't exactly the main lead and think he was injured but couldn't place the scene exactly! Now that u mentioned it i think this is the one the poster whanted to find but more likely confused Kim Woo Bin as the lead hero...

I feel like I've seen #5 before! My immediate thought is Wonderful Mama, but I'm not to sure either! Sorry, this is not of much help!
It didn't seem to be from Heirs coz the female lead wasn't there when the guy cried:

I really think #4 could be Reply 1994. Na jung and Chilbong go to take a driving class together and he keeps failing the written test and she keeps making fun of him. He never does pass the test. Finally, she finishes the course and makes him go with her for her first drive and she's absolutely terrible and drives super slow. Then Na jung gets an emergency call about her dad and needs to get to the hospital quickly, so Chilbong comes clean that he can drive and takes her to the hospital driving with complete finesse like he's in a video game weaving through traffic. It's a great scene. He confesses that he just took the class to spend time with her but has had his license since he turned 18.

#1 Autumn in My Heart
#3a (the granny one) Heart to Heart.
FL has severe case of blushing when she meet other people. So she dress up as granny to overcome that problem. The second male lead always waits outside her house everytime he comes over because he understands her situation

#5
I don't know if it's the drama the author was thinking of but I started watching The Devil (AKA Lucifer, AKA Mawang) after last week's Name that Drama, and I just watched episode 13. At the end is a scene that immediately made me think of the description for #5, except it's japchae instead of rice and the table isn't on the floor.
In the scene, he has a flashback to a dinner with his mom and brother. After he takes a bite, he immediately runs out. He leans against a wall and the FL runs out after him, and when he turns to face her, a tear trails down his cheek.

#2 Sounds like Lovers in Paris. I forgot a lot of things about the second lead but I remember she had this lurid pink dress (it was not a pretty dress).

I'm the one who asked "3. A two-part conundrum"
I found out the answer after requesting an answer. So I've never cared to check this page whether they posted my question or not.
The answer is "Never Die (Drama - 2015)"
It is a short web series, where she just never dies from the Joseon period (She tries to commit suicide by jumping into well..but doesn't die; I confused that with time travel). In the progression of the story, she becomes granny and doesn't let him visit her.
And in addition to that, I think number 2 is Wish upon the star/Stars falling from the sky; As male lead stands the second female lead up in the engagement to be with main female lead.
Number 5: Sounds like Dream high. When Kim soo hyun character's mother comes to see him; she makes dinner and Taecyeon cries, but they weren't sitting in floor though (I'm surprised that nobody mentioned it)
