Drama viewership ratings for the week of Sep. 21-27, 2020

The new shows are starting to pour in! These shows are horror-comedy Zombie Detective, fantasy drama 18 Again, and rom-com More Than Friends. All three premieres had low ratings, but things could change in the coming weeks. What’s interesting is that the Monday-Tuesday slot and weekend slot are now full while the middle of the week is nearly empty. At least Flower of Evil ended with a bang — its highest rating of 5.7 percent.
Another interesting thing to note was that, over the weekend, Alice‘s numbers dipped slightly. I’m curious to know what might’ve happened there. Meanwhile, the cable shows Missing and Forest of Secrets brought in their usual numbers. It’s crazy, actually, to think that FoS is ending next week; it feels like it just started. It beat the first season’s ratings early on and has been performing well all the way through, so it’s sure to end on a good note.

Homemade Love Story still led for the overall rating. FTW ever. Good job to KBS, another blockbuster hit on TV.

Those 3 horrible episodes and still a hit? Advertisers decide what is a hit or not. Weekend drama = low quality traffic for an advertiser unless viewer converts into a customer.
I used to value JTBC a lot - Its going its competitors path now
cucked and sci-fi still have too many viewers.

If you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have realized FOS is ending next week... I guess I'm still way too deep into the confusion of it all to realize that we're supposed to be near the end of the tunnel of this show

Lies After Lies is one of my favorite right now. Fast-paced, well-written (in particular, dialogue), well-acted makjang, that you just CANNOT stop watching. I wished I waited, so I could've binged it in one seating. Waiting patiently to see what is up next in the sleeve of the evil chairwoman. Romance is a patient unfolding of two people with painful past. I love it.

I started watching, "Homemade Love Story," it certainly treats various Kdrama tropes with different slants. Will kindhearted Mama lose all her adopted kids to their biological parents? I think so.
