I got my first (and probably my last) Alley beverage from the Alley today at a department store near my house. The PPL is effective, or I’m just easily convinced I’m unsure. The deer looks cute btw.

    Why last? Was it terrible? Expensive? Maybe you chose a bad one?

      I’d just say that I normally don’t buy sweet drinks these days. After the crazy bubble tea trend in my country, I decided to put a stop to that. My purchase today was only because I wantEd to relate to The King a little bit more. It’s been a crazy ride in the last episodes but I still like it a lot.

      Three to four dollars per glass is considered expensive for a drink in my country. A normal one dish meal would cost me only 1 1/2 dollars. The beverage tastes fine btw.

        Thanks for the explanation! It’s the kind of thing I’d buy and I don’t even like King but I really like sweet drinks. 😛

    Ohhh. I thought it was just a South Korean Coffee Chain. It’s in a few other countries. Behold the power of PPL.

      I thought the Alley was Taiwanese.

      Anyway I just googled and apparently there are a few stores in Australia as well. Although when I googled them I got a very strange pop up that said there have been accusations it’s not related to the parent company and that they were very definitely part of the Alley. Maybe I should drive three hours north and give it a try. Pandemic schamdenic.
