    Personally, I think Gon’s second trip to the past will go disastrously. Woo Do-Hwan will be shot (again). The leads will be separated forever. We will cry. TIME SKIP. Happy ending in 2022.

      @wishfultoki Employing the last of my brain cells, the final battle results in heartbreak – they manage the hard reset, but 2020Gon is seriously injured. Borrowing the ending of Mallory’s King Arthur, Gon commands Yeong to bring Tae-eul back to ROK, and is now tasked as custodian of both the Manpasikjeok and the Four Tiger Sword. Yeong makes a blood sacrifice to open the portal one last time to do just that, before destroying BOTH the flute and the portal.

      Fate intervenes in answer to Tae-eul’s prayer and as a gift to Gon’s selfless act of redemption. Gon somehow survived, and manages to return to present time, and we are treated to a Return of the King and a happy ending.😓😓😓

          Oh, uri Yeong-i will be fine, it just needs a few drops so he can control the Manpasikjeok. We’ll see Eun-seob applying bandages while crying his eyes out. I just haven’t figured out how.

      Luna and Gon must be together (because I just don’t care what happens anymore, it would make me laugh the hardest, and I want to add more Beanies to this ship).

      It will end with all of us wondering why we watched the whole thing and why Yoyo Boy/Girl was a character.

    Toki can I phone a friend? I have no brain cell left. I’m 50/50 on survival rate for Yeong-ah.
    I spaced out when time travel starts because I don’t care what they do there unless this is star wars.
    Whatever happens to Yeong-ah, I just want it to make sense. That’s all.
    Re-watching this show depends on it. I can’t re-watch MY COUNTRY so this better be it for me.

    PPL- Name is Yeong, Jo Yeong!
    My favorite is still Yeong-ah transforming into James Bond in Nari’s Aston Martin.

    Second loop goes badly. TE, after visiting Division Chief a couple of times as Solitude, disappears and hides in KoC under the name Luna (still holding on to that idea). Gon, believing her dead, comes back in his fancy jacket to give early 2020TE flowers. Time skip to 2022. In 2022, grieving Gon remembers the laptop footage and finds Luna. Both manage to reopen the double gate and go into the past, where they meet Lady Noh. They stop Rim from being born, thus changing the future and their possibility of coming back to the present. They live a happy long life in the past Corea, where the war never happened and open a BBQ chicken shack. In the 2020 line, Nari finally starts dating Eunseob after he gives her some PPL jewelry, and Jangmi helps Shinjae get over TE with aromatherapy and PPL coffee drinks. In the Kingdom, Yeong protects the new king and hangs out with his new buddies, CuteBaldy and CoreaJangmi, the three enjoy wearing their Iron Man Masks while doing bromantic banter. The end

    I guess it will be a happy ending to the lead no matter what. I stand with my 1939 Haejong theory. The rest I will let it lay out.

    I am prepared to have my heart break the third time with My Ajusshi soon. It premiere in Netflix June 10.
