Hi beanies, I need a bit of advice. My brother has a bad case of allergic rhinitis and his allergies act up every morning and we have no idea what triggers it. If anyone has any remedies, please share

I think it’s best to bring him to a doctor for an examination and professional opinion based on his condition. Huhu

I have the same case and I don’t know what triggers it too. Sometimes I wake up and I feel it before it even happens, like I know I’m gonna be really sensitive during that day. I usually just drink claritin or virlix (antihistamine), and have a good sleep. That usually gets it to stop.

I have chronic rhinitis. Trigger: temperature fluctuations (2°F to more), dust mote, pollen, fine grains and extreme humid.
I take prescribed drugs during an allergic outbreak also one regular medicine. However some home remedies were advised by my ENT doctor to lower the degree.
Home remedy: grated Ginger with a pinch of salt. I eat this constantly. And after waking up one glass of lukewarm water helps the sore throat. I never drink cold water. Inhaling menthol spray or vapor when nose is clogged.

This happens to me too. I take allergy meds in the morning, lots of warm water and eat oranges/tangerines. For some weird reason, my sneezing usually stops at around 10-11 AM.
