Seems like the photo resolution really breaks down when they’re uploaded in DB. Am I the only one facing this issue or what?
I’ve only posted HD photos so far but they look really pixelated in here.
I think it’s for to not overload the server too much, take it that way that it’s saving this planet for not building another storages of e-data in Svalbard or Antarctica.
A way around this is to upload your images to an image hosting site such as imgur and then post the direct link from there. It’s what I’ve been doing for my screencaps.

Anything to be ecofriendly. I Kind of guessed it could be what you said, just wanted to recheck whether my browser/phone screen had any issues or not.

When you upload directly they basically become thumbnails, click on them and you will see them in their full size
