While letting out through crying may make you feel as if you’re extremely depressed, bottling up your emotions is more toxic in the longer run. The emotions are there, they don’t go away and they can even get worse.Plus the bottled up stress makes you more anxious even if it is masked as being perfectly normal. Crying acts as a relief then.
