This book cracks me up. It was first published in 1889 but it really shows that some things never change – like looking up your symptoms and finding you’ve got every disease in the book, or going camping with tinned food and forgetting the can opener 😅
I was thinking just now that this would be my pick if I had been doing this challenge! This book has been re-read so many times in our family that it gets quoted constantly on a daily basis!

Three Men In A Boat by Jerome K Jerome.

It’s a wonderful one! I read it while I was in high school and really loved it (one of the first books I read in English, by the way).
