FOS Theory:
1. Premise of the show:
This whole season is going to be about Police Vs Prosecution Vs judiciary (which i mentioned in ep 1 itself 🙂 ). But they will join hands in the end. So, this is either going to be about Judiciary standing upto corruption of prosecution and police (and thus revising reforms to balance power and transparency), or about this new team taking on the nexus of all three bodies (exposing the corrupt structure to the public which is what public is fighting for)
2. 2018 case and characters:
Main case – 2018 report wherein a senior police member divulged the information to culprit about how strong the case is against him..
Culprit – the rich man who with his girlfriend went to beach that day and cut the tape in ep1. The one who bribed senior officials in 2018 was his father. In 2018, this boy/man now definitely murdered someone
Judge in 2018 case where information was divulged is the new lawyer (ex judge) of the culprit. I still hope judge is on the good side and agreed to become lawyer to take him down.
Shimok’s new boss and prosecution – the prosecutor who died was shimok’s boss’ boss.. or some connection there. he is personally interested in bringing out the case in open. AND the big question is whether this police suicide case is also linked to that or not.
Police chief who passed on the information – the man they arrested in ep 2 + current chief (i think chief knew about it , probably wasn’t directly involved in sharing information)
3. 2019 case and characters
The 2 boys who died – think that is a setup from someone to frame this rich brat. That’s why i would say his current girlfriend has a darker past. ( 1 way could be that judge set up the scenario, girl took him there.. she is the one who insisted on cutting the tape..they probably hoped for something..but unfortunately the boys died.. so setup still worked in their favour to blame rich boy.. OR the boys who died were also chosen for a reason )
Lastly, alternate probable case could be
the prostitution ring that police was safeguarding, this rich brat was part of it.. a murder happened and it went to court…prosecutor in charge was also murdered.. and the case was closed because of police’s interference and potential colluding with judge / or not
