Resting and calming down.
But also with chemistry.
Try some induced relaxation videos. There are apps too. You may think it doesn’t work, but it helps. There are also apps that helps.
If it’s just a headache, try paracetamol, ibuprofen or even aspirin, whatever works for you.
If it’s a migraine, that depends on what your neurologist has told you. If you keep having this kid of headaches you may need to visit one.
I’m telling you because I suffer from migraines, and not the usual pin killers work on them.
And it always help relaxing. I now you’re stressed but you have to learn how to relax. There are different techniques and I cannot recommend you enough you learn these tools: mindfulness, meditation, relaxations.
I’m also telling you because I learned and used those techniques.
All of the above. But also make sure you’re properly hydrated – drink water, not tea or anything with sugar and/or caffeine. It’s cliche but water really helps with most headaches (not migraines so much, but those are another level of evil).
Also, take a few minutes to clear your head – step outside into the sun, listen to a song that makes you happy, watch a short video that makes you smile – anything that can take you out of the moment, even if just for a few minutes. I used to take five minute dance breaks when I studied for the bar and it helped so much with my stress. I promise you, whatever is stressing you out will wait, and you will be better for it.
Hope you feel better! Sending you good vibes.

I usually take a nap, which helps a lot. It sometimes helps when I’m feeling anxious as well.

Double-check that it’s not something else, like caffeine-withdrawal headaches.
