Right? Nam Joo-hyuk has really done a good job with portraying this guy. His gestures, his expressions, even his choice of language and the way he speaks are so on point. He may be a good-looking guy (I mean he’s being played by NJH), but after a few moments of watching him it becomes totally clear that he’s just a lanky, socially awkward, lovable nerd.
everyone is killing it in their roles. Everyone! .. just improvement.. NJH seems to have really grown over last couple of years.. his last few dramas have been decent acting wise (i think he did well in the in between movies too)
Is it just me or does NJH seem like he’s put on some weight for this role? Or maybe I’ve only ever seen him as the lanky swimmer with toned abs in Weightlifting Fairy… Either way, I agree! He’s got the nerd feel totally right!
I think he might have gained a wee bit of weight, although he’s still super skinny and tall from what I can tell. I wouldn’t be surprised if he still had the abs in this role.

Okay, ep 3 has made me really like Do-san. I think it’s so lovely that he wants to “turn a misunderstanding into reality!”

I love that scene where he is so happy to receive a text from a girl, props to NJH too, he really is doing a great job.
