    Anyway Im a member of 2(?) GOT7 fanpages on fb and I dont remember which group but on one of them someone posted a twitter thread where they were convinced that this was GOT7s last comeback before they disbanded and how Jinyoung is going to a new agency and the writing is on the wall and Bam Bam responded that he didnt know where everyone was fetting all of these rumors from but that they have NO PLANS to disband. So. I hope thats true. Im not ready to not have GOT7.
    Can you be a kpop fan without belonging to a fandom? I think its illegal and youre permanently blocked from youtube.

      I hope they stay together too. I want them to be like Super Junior and continue promoting even after 15 years.
      Even though I listen to other groups I only really consider myself an ahgase. (I might be a SuperM fan if they’d ever come up with a name 😅 The only name I’ve heard though is the name fans gave themselves: Spermies 😂 ) So if GOT7 disbands, I guess I’ll be a kpop fan without a fandom and get banned from youtube 😱😂

      I cried when I saw they’re going to separate agencies (and I’m not a person who usually cries) 😭😭😭 I know they want more creative freedom and they deserve a better company but I’m sad that I might not be able to see them together again 💔💔💔 I can’t believe their contract is already over. I’ve been their fan since 2016 and, on the one hand, it feels like it’s gone by so fast but, on the other hand, it feels like I’ve known them forever.

      I wish the pandemic wouldn’t have ruined this past year. They couldn’t even meet with fans for their last year as a group. I wanted to see them again in concert last summer like I had the previous two years. They’ve come out with so many songs that I wanted to hear live and now I won’t get to 💔 They had to cancel their biggest concert yet which was going to be in Thailand last February. They were so excited about it and now I guess they won’t ever get to do it 💔😭💔😭💔 Cherish your boys while they’re together, muchie. Time goes by too fast 😭💔😭💔😭💔😭💔

        Oh no. I’ve also signed on to DB in many months just to check on you. Sorry about this news Ra – I had no idea about the issues with JYPE and was so surprised to see them disbanding. 🙁

          I’m feeling a lot better today. They’ve left JYPE but they get to keep the rights to the name GOT7 and hopefully the rights to their music as well. It sounds like in addition to pursuing their solo careers, they also plan to make time for comebacks as GOT7 🎉🎉🎉 They will do so much better without JYPE holding them back. The lack of promotion from JYPE was shocking. This past CB, they only promoted for one week and went on a handful of variety shows. They didn’t do any radio shows. The MV didn’t have a teaser. It was ridiculous.

        Aww Raonah! Sending warm fuzzy hugs your way! Seems like most fans, although sad, are happy that the boys are free now… And even the boys seem to be responding well and interacting so much wit fans! I saw all of Bambam’s tweets and even Jackson, Mark and Jaebum have been really sweet.

        Covid really ruined it all for MANY people! And we will always live with regrets and what ifs. But gotta move forward huhuhu…. Hope we get Got7 music now that they have all the rights and plan to work together in future. Tbh, the end of contract seems favourable to the boys cuz it hardly happens in kpop that the group mambers have rights over songs and group name post- end of contract.

        Hope you have been feeling better since you last wrote this msg above…. tomorrow aka 19th is their last day with JYPE right?

          Yes, I’m definitely feeling better since my original post. At first, it seemed like everything was ending, the boys were going their separate ways, and there would be no more new GOT7 music or concerts. But after finding out they can keep their name and after them reassuring the fans that they’re not going anywhere, I’m seeing it as a new beginning where they’ll have a chance to flourish as individuals and follow their own dreams while still promoting as a group when they have time. I’m excited to see what comes next for them 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚

          Winner’s contract is going to be up soon too, right? Do you know if they plan to stay with YG?

            Honestly same! I have seen the boys on my timeline lately and they seem excited for the future that is to come! Wishing you a happy fangirling life ahead with them 🙂

            Yeah they are also 2014 babies so contract talks should be up just before August probably… I want them out from that company but from that company tbh but from the looks of it, Mino and Yoon are staying back 🙁
            No clue about Jinwoo and Seunghoon but Jinwoo will most probably take the majority decision and anyway he also seems comfortable. My bias Seunghoon is the only unknown factor lol. He has bitched enough about the company publicly and he is comparatively the most mistreated but these 4 boys are a lil too attached to each other and the name WINNER so he might end up staying as welll… We will get to know soon enough I guess…

      Yes! Jackson has a business agreement with the same agency Youngjae signed with. It seems like a really good company. I saw they have a vlive scheduled for Youngjae to show ahgase’s his new “nest” 😄
