I guess Tae Sul is having an hallucination with her the same we he did before with his brother, who now is alive. This means that Tae Sul can remember something from the previous pastille which is another thing that doesn’t make sense, but as Sigma keeps that notebook, everything is possible.
Anyway, yes, the final conclusion is we got a bean.
