Same. I only got into kpop 7 years ago and discovered the second/third gens while they were still active, but now with an influx of groups, and the old ones being inactive, I’ve just lost interest.
Oh wow now that I think about it, its been 9 years ago for me…I suddenly feel old lol. But yeah most of the new kids just don’t have the spark I found in the oldies. Granted some of my faves turned out to be trash. 🤔 Maybe that’s why I’m cautious to like kpop anymore.

I haven’t been huge on kpop since all my faves tanked so my excitement brings good ole’ college memories.😭😄
