Hi @alasecond I’m not sure if it is simply about a cult. I believe that there may very well be a cult that is involved but that there is also a lot more going on. I am not sure about the drama’s current ratings. I am enjoying the drama and I’m invested in the storyline.

I wish that Dramabeans would recap Hometown. It is such a great show and my head is already formulating theories.

is it not a straightforward cult show..
i doubt if it is doing great with ratings, is it?
not a very exciting concept.. and turbulent dramas in turbulent times .. not a good idea

hmm ok i thought cult was hypnotizing/ drugging kids to create all that horror stuff.. and that brainwashing on long term experiment
