For k-dramas, this goes to Chief Kim, which somehow managed to make a show about accounting fraud delightful. Lots of goofy hijinks and humor balanced with moments of real emotional engagement and outrage at the specific damage financial fraud can cause, all performed by a talented ensemble cast. Not always the most original show, but a joy to watch.
