Well, I have a clear winner and it is General Geon in River where the Moon rises. Hot and hot made the drama for me. That couple was pure gold. Or better said pure fire. Their attraction was real and their love was real, until writter-nim decided to change his mind and turn Geon into a stupid man that decided was not in love anymore (and never had been… ha, ha and re-ha!) with MoYong because he loved Princess. Such a stupid character regression… And that’s when Geon died for me, not when he last breathed longing for Princess and not for the amazing Silla woman who was holding him in her arms. Stupid Geon. Stupid writer.

I also want to add another category:

Sageuk Special Edition: most unnecessary resurrection. As writer-him didn’t have enough with killing the most interesting character in the drama, he also decided to resurrect out of the blue our male lead. Ondal is not only alive but he doesn’t have his memories. Rolling eyes over and over and over.
