My friend told me she cried so much watching the finale of Red Sleeve. It made me think about which drama made me cry the most. Was it Go Back Couple? Hi Bye Mama? Then it dawned on me. It was Marriage Contract.
I went to watch the last two episodes just to see it I remembered it correctly. Damn. I might have used a box of Kleenex and my chest hurts from the pain. Why did I watch it again? For science? Yeah. That’s it. For science.
I haven’t watched Marriage Contract (I have it on my watchlist tho), but I remember that I cried every single episode of ‘Hi Bye Mama’. Every time Lee Kyu Hyung cried I also did, and he cried ALL THE TIME.
Lol he did! Interestingly, I wasn’t attached to his character there (I started it because of him). The ladies were so awesome, they both took my heart.
You’re a brave soul! I don’t think I could rewatch the whole thing. It’s really worth the watch though. It was a story we’ve seen so many times but Marriage Contract really put all the sincerity and the heart into the story and the actors were just amazing.
For me it’s Seven Day Queen. I even rewatched it and yep, it hurt just as much the second time around. But it’s so good (and I’m generally a sageuk avoider).
I would have cried at one of the final scenes except a commmercial interrupted and ruined the mood -_-
I have rewatched it and didn’t like it as much the second time but the actors were still great.

I’ve rewatched all of Marriage Contract before. So good and heartwrenching but so sweet too.

Yes! I’ll always have a soft spot for the actors even if I haven’t followed much of their other dramas. (I love Seojinnie’s variety though)
