So, I was watching Sisyphus (actually just skimming through Chae Jonghyeop’s scenes lol) and when his character first meets Park Shinhye the subs keep saying English instead of Korean! Why?
Like for example CJH lines (he’s calling the police): “she is not a foreigner, she can speak ENGLISH”, about PSH after they exchanged a couple words in KOREAN moments before..wth?! Netflix What is the reason? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Also this show can get so ridiculously absurd, I’m sorry xD
But comment sections under recaps are extremely funny at least!!

    I think you have English [CC] on, not just English. So you’re getting the transcript of the dub instead of actual subs. Still a weird thing to be in the dub though, lol.

    The illogic and paradoxes of the time-travel storyline in this show does qualify as “absurd”. Luckily for me there were enough other distractions going on that allowed me to enjoy it.
