Reasons to Love DramaBeans Part One

The Community
The regular features the DramaBeans staff put out are always well thought out and trigger a lively discussions unless it’s a dry drama that no one is watching. Yes Eve, we are talking about you!

K-dramas are designed to get the audience talking so it’s been such a great stress release to finally have a place to vent, laugh and wipe away the tears as a collective week after week. Whatever my thoughts there is always someone who puts them in a comment much more eloquently than me so I know I am not alone in my random thinking. I especially love reading other people’s alternative plots when the actual drama has gone rogue.

This is a fun place to be, every day there is a guaranteed laugh out loud moment for me. No matter what time of day or night there is always something interesting to read. I am even reading recaps on dramas I have no intention of watching just to understand the background when there is a lot of activity in the comments section!

I hope as more people sign up and make a small financial investment in the platform we will continue to build on this great community and gain the benefits of faster servers and more writers.

I had to log in just to like your comment! You put it very nicely why we love Dramabeans. I hope the site will continue to be a safe space full of lively discussions about K dramas and all! And I’m glad you’re here with us, Reply1988! 🥰💕💕💕

P.S. I managed to watch only 5 eps of Reply 1988. Guess I wasn’t in the mood for it. 🤣

Thank you for the kind words☺️❤️

I agree with some dramas it’s about timing but sometimes it’s just not a good fit, classics don’t work for everyone. I couldn’t get into Goblin or Coffee prince I watched them both to the end just in case I was missing something but I never found it!

Nothing feels as much like home as logging onto DB and finding @miky88’s news posts, @lordcobol‘s sarky screencaps or @sicarius’s advice for upgrading… ^^
And I love all the witty / insightful comments, too!

You have summed it up nicely, I love to see the regulars have posted. It’s a shame we can’t follow in the sense of getting alerts when people post as I often miss out unless I remember to check their page.
