Can someone help URGENT , DIRE, NEED
I took a back up of all my videos and phots on google photos app.
Samsung 8+ – went to device maintenance, clicked on videos and deleted the ones I saw were already uploded on google photos.
However, as soon as I deleted the video, videos dissapeared from google photos as well.
Then there was an option to clean space on device for files already backedup. I ran that. But, only to realize, essentially all my videos got deleted

I checked “Trash/Bin” on google photos. I don’t see the files. I cheked gdrive, I don’t see the files. Only files I see on gdrive trash/bin folder are the ones I directly uploaded or deleted to gdrive (nothing that was done via google photos)

I tried downloading file manager and another app – it apparently restored some smallest size video files.

Can someone guide. What the hell happened when I selected videos in device maintenance and deleted a few files.. And why did it dissapear from google photos
