The Interest of Love E15. “Last moment”? Really? At this point, I am actually rooting for a 25-21-type ending. Sang-su deserves better than this emotionally-disturbed woman.
I’m not watching this drama, but from the recaps and comments I get strong Pretty Noona vibes about the FL’s inability to communicate or to grow, and how her destructive immaturity has lasted so long it’s starting to look like a deliberate choice for her character. Is that a fair take?
Hmmm…..a Pretty Noona Who Buys Me Food vibe? I actually watched that train-wreck, and, in retrospect, your comparison seems accurate. Yes, the FL’s destructive immaturity is definitely a deliberate choice. So your instinct and intuition is spot-on.
I know there is a big twist left to unveil in the finale episode (what Geonyg-pil recorded on his phone), but no matter how that unfolds, the FL’s character is still a broken mess that should be beyond redemption, at least for any normal guy. But…dangit…“The heart wants what the heart wants”.
YYS is such a seasoned actor, that I think I will hold out hope that there is something in the finale episode that convinced him to take this role. Will he let me down?
I’ve been watching and enjoying the angst and quality acting of this drama, but after the end of last week I found I just couldn’t watch the latest episode. It was the same with 25/21 – couldn’t finish and glad I didn’t.
So I’ll wait until it’s done.
However it’s still well done.

I won’t give any spoilers but I will say the E16 finale episode offered nothing to stop the train wreck from occurring.
