It is used in US too? I’m surprised! Like a lot. Maybe I should try it. s it like eating the chicken skin? I don’t eat pork at all you know.. But I’ve tried it a few times. Or is it like eating just a piece of pork?
we eat it too in the phil. The whole pig’s face, chopped and fried, a lot of other spices involved but I’m not really the one doing the cooking. I’m at the eating part
So sweet! Your dad cooks? Sigh… My dad doesn’t even know how to make a tea! I should definitely try these food! Thanks for the recipe even though I wont be able to try it at home because you can’t find chicken feet in our country.

Flavor isn’t bad. It can be a little chewy depending on how it’s made. In the US it’s often used in tripe.

Not really, it’s kinda like eating jerky compared to eating hamburger.
It’s not a common thing, but I’m Pennsylvania Dutch so tripe is a thing here.

haven’t eaten an eye yet but i wouldn’t put it past my dad to include it in the recipe, only for it to be finely chopped that we wouldn’t even notice.
