    Flavor isn’t bad. It can be a little chewy depending on how it’s made. In the US it’s often used in tripe.

      It is used in US too? I’m surprised! Like a lot. Maybe I should try it. s it like eating the chicken skin? I don’t eat pork at all you know.. But I’ve tried it a few times. Or is it like eating just a piece of pork?

    we eat it too in the phil. The whole pig’s face, chopped and fried, a lot of other spices involved but I’m not really the one doing the cooking. I’m at the eating part

        haven’t eaten an eye yet but i wouldn’t put it past my dad to include it in the recipe, only for it to be finely chopped that we wouldn’t even notice.
