I’m thinking the only healthy relationships are those with contracts … maybe it’s something about the communication? They’re looked at as weird, but they both seem like the ones who’ll last.
This may sound weird, but this is why I think pre-nups are so practical; they can lay the relevant information out before marriage and show people what they’re getting into. It’s not very romantic, but most of life isn’t. But if you’re up front about things like money etc. you’ll probably have fewer problems down the line. But this could just be the pragmatic lawyer in me talking…
Contract marriages are basically this on crack in my mind. But with shenanigans to make them fun.

I think you are onto something here, maybe parents should do so with their children 😆 Something great about clearly stated rules and expectations
