This scene intrigued me to watch this wonderful drama that is “Rescue Me”. I read that the finale is anti-climactic but with 4 episodes to go, I still think this drama deserving all the praises.
I finally made it to the end. Definitely worth it, though this drama is too dark for a re-watch. I could not believe I actually missed out this drama last year. I find the ending acceptable even when I wanted a grander payoff for Father Baek and Jo Won Tae especially. A lot of viewers were charmed by Woo Do Hwan, but surprisingly, I kinda like Tacyeon more. But I love that no redundancy of any character, tight writing and the surprise elements that keep the momentum of this show until the end.
Yey, you made it and it seems like you liked it too. I agree, this isn’t really a re-watch friendly one. This is one of my “out of comfort zone” dramas last year.
I really, really, want to watch this drama for Woo Do-hwan but I just can’t with this kind of genre. I don’t find it scary… just a little bit bothersome because some scenes have a habit of randomly creeping in my mind and annoying the h3ll out of me for thinking about them > . <
I understand. It’s a dark drama and as much as I like it, I won’t consider re-watching. I personally like Woo Do-Hwan more in Mad Dog, though I did not get to complete that drama. I skimmed watched it and only focus on the scenes with Woo Do-Hwan in them.
