If I’m going to be overweight, I put the difference on carryon. Since a lot of people have carryons these days and the overhead cabins get filled pretty quickly, I opt to have them check it in below. It depends on the carryon though. If it’s a bag that can go nicely atop my luggage then it works. Depends on the airline’s policies too. Regardless, hope you work it out.
Yeah, i got a laptop and a bunch of other stuff already reserved as carryon.. lol. Yeah, i just decided to get the heavier stuff shipped. (Its a one-way trip sooo.. )

Luggage is giving me headache. how to divide 30kg into two luggage? I still have a lot of heavy crap.. hahahahaha!
