I watched a Jang Kiyoung’s interview from Go Back Couple era. And he said starring in IU’s Friday MV was the step stone for model JKY to be an actor JKY. He started to get role offers after that. “And I heard IU personally chose me for that role. I love that MV! I forgot it was him in it until someone posted it on the fan wall a few weeks ago hahaha. So funny seeing them both look so different in My Ajusshi!
Friday is one of my favorites among IU’s songs… After I found out about this I looked for their interactions in My Ajusshi’s BTS, too bad there’s only one BTS with Jang Kiyoung and it’s when they were filming Donghoon and Kwang Il fighting scene.
