So. I have posted screeds on the non-drama forums I belong to. I have left complaints on AT&T’s and Warner Bros’ Facebook pages. Tomorrow I am going to see about switching our business cell plan from AT&T to T-Mobile. Is there anything else I can do? Short of flying to Texas and egging the main offices? (Although that is a delightful fantasy . . .) (Yes, I googled where AT&T’s main offices were so as to see if picketing and/or egging would be possible.)
If you want AT&T out of your life ASAP, I understand… but in case if you’d be okay with waiting for a month to switch, I wanted to let you know that T-Mobile usually offers their best incentives for people to switch from another carrier in November (around Black Friday/Cyber Monday, but sometimes before). They usually have BOGO deals on phones, and sometimes offer bill credits (like $150/line) for switching, and sometimes (like last Nov.), they do an “activate two lines and get two lines free” promotion. (Though they probably wouldn’t run all three promotions at the same time, they do sometimes have two promos running concurrently.)
Maybe you can stick it to AT&T and get a great deal, too.
