I didn’t realize how much I would appreciate a more adult set-up. I really like how Ta Mi posed questions that really matter past the infatuation phase when she told Mo-Gun she wanted to be serious: do you have debt? (seriously, this is so real) Are you healthy? Do you have a criminal record?

I like regular romcoms because I enjoy seeing characters fall for each other, but I get bored towards the end once they’re actually together…
