Ahn Ji-ho made his acting debut in the 2014 web series Drawing, Spring. In 2016, he landed his first big screen role in the fantasy film Vanishing Time: A Boy Who Returned. In 2018, he had appearances in the movies The Princess and the Matchmaker and Along With the Gods: The Last 49 Days. That same year, he led the indie youth drama film A Boy and Sungreen, which won him the Independent Star Award at the 2018 Seoul Independent Film Festival. He also received Best New Actor nominations at the 56th Grand Bell Awards and the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards for his performance in the movie. In 2020, he joined the main cast of the SBS series Nobody Knows, which earned him the Best Young Actor trophy at the SBS Drama Awards.
