Han So-hee made her acting debut through a minor role in the SBS fantasy romance Reunited Worlds in 2017. Later that year, she starred as one of the main characters in the MBC drama Money Flower. Her work in the series earned her a Best New Actress nomination at 2017 MBC Drama Awards. In 2018, she became part of the main cast of the tvN sageuk 100 Days My Prince, which was followed by a supporting role in the fantasy romantic comedy Abyss in 2019. In 2020, she shot to fame after playing the role of a young mistress in JTBC’s A Couple’s World, which is Korea’s remake of the hit British drama Doctor Foster. She collected various acting awards for her performance in the series, including the Rookie of the Year at the 5th Asia Artists Awards. She also scored a Best New Actress nomination at the 56th Baeksang Arts Awards for work in the hit series. In 2021, she headlined the webtoon-based JTBC romantic drama Nevertheless, along with Song Kang.


Han So-hee was raised by her maternal grandmother after her parents divorced when she was around five years old.
