Julien Kang made his acting debut in 2008 with a cameo appearance in the SBS series A Star’s Lover. He began to attract viewers’ attention when he joined the hit MBC sitcom High Kick Through the Roof in 2009. In 2011, he became part of MBC’s High Kick: Counterattack of the Short Legs, which was the third installment of the popular High Kick series. In 2012, he was paired with Song Yoon-ah in the MBC reality-variety show We Got Married. That same year, he joined the main cast of Channel A’s Goodbye Dear Wife and also played a supporting role in the SBS series To the Beautiful You.
Julien Kang was born to a Korean father and French mother. He has an older brother named Denis Kang, who is a professional mixed martial artist. In 2014, he made headlines after he was found wandering the streets of Gangnam drunk and only in his underwear.
