      Hmm, depends on what you’re looking for? If it’s a typical kdrama with a light fluffy romance I think it’s still doing it’s job.
      For me, I was looking for a more in depth understanding of the world of ASD individuals and how they navigate and manage this sometimes cruel world. The show is doing that but not as much as I would like? I hope you’ll still enjoy it once you catch up 🙂

    Is that your alternative tagline for the poster?! Love it. It would have been approved if you were pitching it on the film Crazy people! That was a classic film released in 1990 which used comedy to show all that was bad about the advertising world. It had the best alternative adverts ever and I still remember the one for the courier service now 🤣. The clips are on YouTube warning it has a few swear words in it and flags up sexism.

      Yes, that’s what I got out of MLN. In spite of the heaviness, it is surprisingly uplifting and hopeful. I love it. Well, I didn’t like the process of watching it because it can be so mundane and real but I love the message and the outcome.

      Ooh, now I need to go check out Crazy.

          I’m back! Thanks for checking in. Real life got a bit crazy. No, I didn’t get sick but planning a move to a another country 🙂

          What’s going on in the drama world? I’ve got lots of catching up to do.

            Wow, exciting times ahead, I hope everything comes together and you have a smooth safe move and settling in period.

            The drama world is all good because anything you missed should be waiting for you to watch at your leisure as most things are available for years after airing. The comments section of any of the big shows you missed will be a great minefield of unexpected laugh out loud moments even if the show deteriorated or went rogue in some other way.
            Looking forward to celebrating your levelling up when it comes. Your numbers are probably not far off a move it will just need a few more consistent comments. What’s your next watch going to be? I think we were going to watch something together but I can’t remember which show it was Today’s webtoon or Joseon Psychiatrist. Both are a couple of weeks in. I will mine through the comments to find the chat and get back to you to see if you still want to watch and chat.

            Thank you! Exciting times indeed. I hope I can keep it all together and get there largely unfazed. It could be that I’m busy organizing my move but I’m still not finding anything that’s keeping me glued to the screen these days, including the extremely popular EAW. My love for this show seemed to have waned. I ended up catching up on a few movies instead.
            What are you watching currently?

            I think we talked about watching Joseon Psychiatrist together. Have you started? 🙂

            Yes I watched the first three episodes of Joseon psychiatrist but episode four had too much stress so I just read the recap. I really like it and the characters so I want to keep watching but it’s not a comedy like Mr Queen and so there is a lot more of the usual power and politics associated with the historical dramas. So I will watch and fast forward through the bits that are too heavy. I am watching both the dramas about webtoons/manga. I thought as the Japanese one is a few years old it would all be available but they are releasing at the same pace as the one live airing.
